Candy Clouds — Match 3 Game

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TitanPixel Studios ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Candy Clouds — Match 3 Game (the "App"). We have built Candy Clouds to be fun and simple, and we keep the information we handle to a minimum. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

The short version: Candy Clouds does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or any personal contact details. The data that is collected comes mainly from the advertising technology that keeps the game free, and is used to show ads, run in‑app purchases, and keep the App working reliably.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address. However, the App and our third‑party partners (described in Section 5) may automatically collect the following:

Category Examples Why
Identifiers Device advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV) and similar device IDs To deliver and measure advertising
Usage & Advertising Data How you interact with the game and with ads (e.g. ads viewed, levels played, taps) To show relevant ads and improve the game
Approximate Location Coarse location derived from your IP address or device (not precise GPS) Ad relevance and regional compliance
Diagnostics Crash logs and performance data To fix bugs and keep the App stable
Purchase Information Records of in‑app purchases (processed by Apple) To deliver the items you buy

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, health data, or browsing history from other apps.

2. How We Use Information

Your game progress and virtual coins are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a personal profile of you on our own servers.

3. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency

Candy Clouds is free to play and supported by advertising. Our advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier to show and measure ads, including personalized ads.

On Apple devices, the App will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites takes place. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you. You can also limit ad personalization on your device at any time.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. Information may be shared with:

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third‑party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect and process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their SDKs. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies, not this one.

6. In-App Purchases

Candy Clouds offers optional in‑app purchases (for example, coin packs). All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. Purchases of virtual items are generally non‑refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Candy Clouds is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Data Retention

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Data collected by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own retention schedules, as described in their privacy policies.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, and the right to opt out of certain advertising activities. This includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

The App is available in multiple countries. By using it, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the third‑party partners listed above, whose servers may be located worldwide.

12. Contact Us

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
